Noor Al Suwaidi is an Emirati artist, curator and cultural producer whose practice spans painting, drawing, sculpture and ceramics. Over more than two decades, she has developed an intuitive visual language in which abstraction and figuration continually meet. Her compositions are built through expressive color, rhythmic line and shifting forms that suggest faces, bodies, flora and imagined landscapes. The work explores memory, love, perception and the emotional space between what is seen and what is felt. Al Suwaidi has presented solo exhibitions in London, New York, Dubai and Sharjah, including Like Coral, I Create Clouds in London, Divine Chaos at Aicon Contemporary in New York, and The Sky Forgets, The Heart Remembers at Maraya Art Centre, Sharjah. Her work is held in the collections of Barjeel Art Foundation, Abu Dhabi Music and Arts Foundation, and prominent private collections in the UAE and internationally. Alongside her studio practice, Al Suwaidi has contributed to major cultural initiatives across the region and internationally. Her experience includes cultural programming for the opening of Louvre Abu Dhabi, VIP and patron relations for Abu Dhabi Art, and curatorial work on Past Forward, the first major touring exhibition of Emirati art in the United States. She is the founder of Bint Ghanem Art Advisory and a member of Meridian International Center's Cultural Diplomacy Leadership Council in Washington, D.C. In 2026, she begins an MFA in Studio Art at American University, continuing her investigation of material, form, and contemporary cultural exchange.
